Creative Marketing Manager

American Sound is looking to add a Creative Marketing Manager to our growing team! This role will be based in Indianapolis and support our Mid-West markets, with a strong focus on building brand recognition and client-facing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on creator who can generate ideas, shape messaging, and execute high-quality content across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop creative marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Generate fresh, bold, and differentiated ideas to drive brand awareness and engagement
Identify opportunities to stand out in crowded markets
Collaborate with leadership and sales to shape messaging and positioning
Create high-quality content across platforms including social, email, website, video, and presentations
Write compelling copy that reflects the brand voice
Design or direct visual content such as graphics and short-form video
Manage and execute content calendars from concept through publication
Own and evolve brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging
Track performance of campaigns and content
Use data to refine messaging and improve engagement
Test new formats, channels, and creative approaches

Job Requirements:
3–7+ years of experience in marketing, content, or creative roles
Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Ability to independently create content with minimal reliance on agencies
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar
Comfort working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment
Self-starter who brings ideas without waiting for direction
Ability to balance brainstorming with execution and delivery
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results

Job Details and Compensation:
$55k-70k annual salary
Shift time and days: M-F, day shift
