Role Overview

As our Creative Media & Motion Designer , you’ll lead the creation of dynamic multimedia content — from motion animations and video productions to podcasts and interviews. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and community teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives. Web3 experience is a plus, but not required — we value creativity, technical skill, and a passion for storytelling above all.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion Design & Animation: Create visually stunning animations for social media, product explainers, event trailers, and promotional campaigns.
• Video Production: Oversee full-cycle production — scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Podcast Production: Coordinate and produce podcast episodes, including audio engineering, visual branding, and publication.
• Guest Interview Management: Prepare, conduct, and edit interviews with industry experts, partners, and internal leaders.
• Creative Direction: Maintain brand consistency while innovating visual styles for various campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and community teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video production, and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of animation principles, typography, and storytelling techniques.
• Experience in podcast production (audio editing, mixing, publishing).
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera for interviews (preferred, not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Web3/blockchain concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
