Creative Operations Specialist

Location: Scottsdale / Phoenix Metro Area
Type: Contractor (1099), Part-Time/Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week)

We are intentionally shifting toward a more design-led, content-driven growth strategy and are seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to own execution across our websites, marketing assets, and visual systems.

THIS ROLE IS FOR A VERY SPECIFIC TYPE OF PERSON

This is not a passive role.

This is for someone who:

• Is self-directed and highly organized
• Can translate ideas into real deliverables
• Enjoys ownership and responsibility
• Can manage multiple projects without micromanagement

You don’t need to know everything on Day 1 — but you must be confident you can learn quickly and execute cleanly.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid role for someone who is a "jack of all trades".

You will:

• Work in person for content creation sessions, campaign planning, and creative meetings
• Work remotely for design production, page builds, and marketing support
• Own the look, feel, and execution of Fit Culture’s digital presence
• Support social media, marketing campaigns, and website updates
• Work closely with leadership and the project manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will assist with the following:

Website & Digital Platform Design

• Assist with building and updating pages using WordPress + Elementor
• Maintain layouts, responsive behavior, landing pages, forms, and product pages
• QA and troubleshoot design or layout issues as quickly as possible
• Ensure brand consistency across all web properties

Graphic Design & Branding

• Create digital marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Design promotional graphics, PDFs, social content, and campaign visuals
• Maintain brand standards across all touchpoints

Digital Marketing Support

• Build landing pages and promotional flows
• Support email marketing graphics and on-page optimization
• Prepare assets for promotions and product launches

Social Media Content Support (Huge Plus)

• Design branded social graphics and short-form content
• Support posting schedules and campaign rollouts
• Maintain consistent visual identity across platforms

Project Execution & Support

• Support the Project Manager with execution
• Coordinate with internal team members
• Keep deliverables organized, accurate, and on time
• Manage our App Development team by communicating progress updates and requesting deliverables

COMPENSATION

Base Pay

• $25/hour
• 30–40 hours per week
• Contractor (1099)

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 4+ years experience with WordPress + Elementor
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable managing multiple creative deliverables
• Interested in digital marketing and content-driven brands
• Lives in or near Scottsdale / Phoenix metro area
