Creative Producer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Content Producer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage the full production process — from creative pre-planning to directing, filming, and editing — while staying highly organized. The Content Producer will play a key role in shaping content for clients by directing shoots, prepping or assisting editors, and maintaining well-organized project files and footage. Familiarity with Sony cameras, Adobe Premiere Pro, and content management workflows is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative pre-production planning, including storyboarding, shot lists, and production schedules
• Direct and film content using Sony camera systems (interviews, b-roll, events, social media content)
• Edit or assist editors by preparing Adobe projects and organizing media
• Manage and organize content on servers, drives, and Adobe projects for team efficiency
• Coordinate production logistics, including equipment prep, location setup, and crew support
• Ensure all content aligns with brand and client standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and streamline production processes
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production or content creation
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
• Familiarity with Sony camera systems and basic lighting/audio setups
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and editing principles
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable transportation for on-site shoots

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
