Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Creative Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the multimedia industry. This role involves scouting and managing locations, directing shoots, and contributing creative ideas to enhance multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout, assess, and secure locations suitable for multimedia projects.
• Direct shoots on-site, providing creative input and innovative shoot ideas.
• Manage logistics, permits, and on-location setup for smooth production.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align locations and shoot concepts with project objectives.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and past locations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

- Proven experience in the multimedia or production industry.

- Background in directing or supporting creative shoots is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong creative vision and the ability to propose innovative shoot ideas.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficient in managing teams and coordinating logistics under tight deadlines.
