Creative & Professional Graphic Designer

Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and design creative visuals, layouts, and signage based on client briefs and project requirements.
• Use industry-standard design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate ideas into impactful designs for large format printing and signage.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other brand-specific graphics tailored for signage and visual communication.
• Prepare drafts, mockups, and design concepts, incorporating feedback and ensuring accuracy for print production.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, clarity, and visual appeal.
• Test and optimize graphics across diverse media formats, including large-scale prints, digital signage, and displays.
• Refine and amend designs as required, delivering polished, on-brand final outputs.
• Work closely with copywriters and creative leads to deliver cohesive campaigns and visual communication materials.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, printing technologies, and evolving design practices.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior designers when needed.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with expertise in signage and large format printing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and proficiency in large-scale design projects.
• Advanced skills in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong typography, layout, and color sense tailored for signage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas to clients and team members.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in signage and large format design required.
• Willingness to work night shifts and maintain flexibility in scheduling.

Time Schedule :

• Full-time position
• 5pm – 3am (Mon–Sat)
• Flexibility and readiness to work night shifts are essential.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
