Creative Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative-minded individual who can analyze existing designs, concepts, and user experiences, and suggest practical improvements. This role is not about creating designs from scratch but about providing fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and constructive recommendations that elevate our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review current design drafts, prototypes, or user interfaces.
• Suggest creative changes to enhance aesthetics, usability, and impact.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and managers to refine ideas.
• Research industry trends and bring forward new concepts.
• Provide feedback in a clear, actionable manner.

Requirements:

• Strong creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to critique designs constructively and suggest meaningful changes.
• Understanding of UI/UX, branding, and user behavior.
• Excellent communication and idea presentation skills.
• Prior experience in a creative, design, or consulting role is a plus (but not mandatory).
