VitaHustle, a celebrity backed wellness brand, is hiring a Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven creative across paid social and acquisition channels. You’ll be a key driver of growth, partnering closely with media, creative, and leadership to develop high-converting campaigns and short-form ads that scale.
This role sits at the intersection of premium and scrappy—someone who lives and breathes performance creative, can execute in-house, and confidently direct external creators, AI and contractors to produce ads that consistently win.
Role Summary
- Concept and develop high-performing static, GIF, and video ad creatives for paid social
- Build clear, actionable creative briefs rooted in performance insights
- Develop repeatable creative frameworks that scale across channels
- Define messaging, campaign angles, and hooks to expand into new audiences
- Deliver ongoing creative reporting to inform strategy and iteration
What You’ll Do
- Own performance creative across paid social (Meta + TikTok) from concept to scale
- Write, shoot, direct and produce high-converting short-form ads
- Source and direct creators to deliver UGC and whitelisted content that performs
- Create in-house / UGC content quickly to test and iterate on flywheel concepts
- Direct video editors + graphic designers to create high performing ads from new and existing creative assets
- Review performance daily—identify what’s working, kill what’s not, and double down fast on winners
- Optimize and report on core metrics: nCAC, CTR, thumbstop rate, and CVR
- Build testing pipelines and build repeatable processes that consistently generate new winners
- Work hand-in-hand with growth to scale creative that drives revenue
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in creative strategy for a performance marketing brand
- Proven experience driving 30%+ acquisition win rate
- Deep understanding of Meta creative fundamentals + algorithms
- Experience managing creators and UGC pipelines
- Proficiency leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative output
- Working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to film and edit in-house/mobile content on the fly
- Comfortable operating in Basecamp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar tools
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
