Key Responsibility:
- Lead the overall creative direction and brand language across all communication platforms to maintain a premium identity.
- Develop high-impact campaigns and creative concepts for sales, leasing, and property showcases.
- Oversee hands-on execution of designs, video direction, and scripts to ensure elite, high-quality final outputs.
- Coordinate production teams including designers, agencies, and freelancers to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions through strategic storytelling and digital innovation.
- Master creative workflows using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to guide team execution.
- Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with a high ownership mindset and sharp attention to detail and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
