Astral Studio GT LLC is seeking a highly organized and imaginative Creative Studio Coordinator to support the daily operations of our dynamic creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for bringing creative concepts to life through strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day studio operations, ensuring all creative projects run smoothly from concept to completion
• Act as the central point of communication between designers, clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Organize and maintain creative assets, files, and documentation for easy access and version control
• Assist in planning and executing photo shoots, video productions, and other creative sessions
• Track budgets, process invoices, and liaise with suppliers and freelancers
• Support the creative team with administrative tasks, research, and resource coordination
• Ensure the studio environment remains organized, efficient, and conducive to creativity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or production environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and creative software platforms is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
