About Us:
This is an in-house video production role serving Bedstone LLC and its 13 operating companies. We produce high-impact content across multiple brands and need someone who can own video shoots from concept through production and hand off clean footage for post.

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot video content (social media, ads, brand content)
• Take projects from idea → production → delivery of raw footage
• Direct shoots, including framing, lighting, and audio
• Work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Collaborate with internal teams across multiple companies
• Manage gear and handle on-set execution

Important:
We outsource all editing to a post-production partner in Chicago. This role is focused strictly on shooting and production — no editing required.

Milestone: Bonuses Available

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong portfolio (REQUIRED — must include work you personally shot)
• Skilled with camera, lighting, and audio setups
• Able to run shoots independently
• Self-starter — you don’t wait for instructions
• Reliable and communicative
• Must be available for in-person shoots in Clarksville and surrounding areas

Bonus:

• Experience directing on-camera talent
• Agency or client work background
• Understanding of shot planning for social media content

Compensation:
$X–$X depending on experience

Pay: $35,000.00 - $59,324.73 per year
