Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Creative Videographer to join our team. You will be the primary person responsible for capturing and crafting high-quality video content that tells a compelling story. This role requires a "creator" mindset—someone who can jump from filming a high-end corporate interview to editing a fast-paced, trending Instagram Reel.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in agency environments, meaning you are used to fast turnarounds, high-quality standards, and working across multiple diverse industries simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Video Production

• Handle the full production cycle: from initial brainstorming and storyboarding to shooting and final delivery.
• Capture high-quality video on-site at showrooms, events, or client locations.
• Set up professional lighting and audio equipment independently to ensure premium production value.

2. Advanced Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished content, ensuring perfect pacing and narrative flow.
• Apply professional color grading to maintain a consistent and high-end visual look.
• Create and integrate motion graphics and titles to enhance the storytelling.
• Manage sound design, including music selection and audio cleaning.

3. Platform-Specific Optimization

• Create content specifically tailored for different social media formats (Vertical for TikTok/Reels, Horizontal for YouTube/Web).
• Stay up-to-date with current visual trends and "viral" editing styles in the GCC market.

Software & Technical Proficiency

The candidate must be an expert in multiple programs and hardware:

• Editing Suites: Expert level in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve (for grading).
• Motion Graphics: Proficiency in After Effects for transitions and text animation.
• Graphic Design: Working knowledge of Photoshop for thumbnails and static overlays. “Preferably”

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in videography and editing.
• Agency Experience: Highly preferred. You must be comfortable with client-facing requirements and tight deadlines.
• Creative Eye: A strong sense of composition, lighting, and "chic" modern aesthetics.
• Portfolio: A diverse showreel that demonstrates both commercial/corporate work and creative social media content.
• Flexibility: Ability to travel within Qatar for shoots and work occasional evenings/weekends for event coverage.
