Responsibilities

The TikTok LIVE SMB service team is affiliated with the TikTok LIVE team. We aim to help TikTok's Small to Medium-Sized businesses (including merchants and creators) obtain more diverse customer acquisition and business operation methods through live streaming by building product capabilities and providing creator services, and to offer professional live streaming content for users.

As the SMB Creator Manager, you will be responsible for creator recruitment, growth, and empowerment. You will also drive the prosperity of the SMB live streaming ecosystem in a scalable and efficient manner, achieving core business objectives.

As an SMB Creator Manager, you will be the core driver of our SMB live streaming ecosystem’s growth. We value passion for live streaming and hands-on execution ability over rigid work experience — we are looking for someone who is eager to dive in, take ownership, and independently lead key initiatives including creator education, campaign planning & launch, and product feature promotion. You will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our creator operations, ensuring that SMB creators and merchants can fully leverage TikTok Live to achieve their business goals, while contributing to the overall prosperity of our live streaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
1. Recruit potential small and medium-sized business LIVE creators, including converting platform creators into streamers and attracting external potential creators to Tiktok.
2. Led creators education and incubation, developed top and benchmark live business creators, and enhanced lead generation capabilities through online campaigns, ongoing creator education sessions.
3. Manage creator performance, including go live duration and activity for content consumption, as well as tracking leads towards business targets.
4. Oversee the cold start and basic operation streams, ensuring basic retention and business operations.
5. Developed a deep understanding of product features and business logic, and collaborated cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive effective product adoption.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset.
2. Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactively develops solutions, and possesses solid problem-solving capabilities.
3. Bachelor's degree or higher
4. Proficiency in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with live streaming, content operation or gen operation operations
2. Established connections with Live creator, content influencers.
3. Experience in content operations or leads gen operation, data analysis or related fields, preferably within the tech industry.
4. Strong project management and cross-functional collaborations
5. Has experience in leading cold-start phase projects.
