The ideal candidate for this role is a senior credit administration professional who will provide subject-matter expertise across credit processes, ensure regulatory compliance, drive operational efficiency, and support strong portfolio quality within a Saudi banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary expert on credit administration covering loan origination, documentation, servicing, and credit risk controls

Ensure proper structuring and documentation of credit facilities, including contracts, covenants, and collateral

Ensure full compliance with SAMA regulations, Basel III, AML, and related credit risk requirements

Partner with risk and compliance teams to implement effective risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation controls

Drive process optimization initiatives to reduce turnaround time and improve efficiency through automation and standardization

Oversee accuracy and completeness of credit documentation and regulatory reporting

Collaborate with legal, compliance, credit risk, and relationship management teams on credit transactions

Monitor credit portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and early warning indicators

Support credit portfolio reviews and remediation of deteriorating exposures

Develop and deliver training to credit administration teams and mentor junior staff
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CFA/FRM/CCP preferred)

10+ years of experience in credit administration or credit risk within banking

5–8 years in a senior or advisory credit administration role within KSA

Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and Saudi banking practices

Proven experience in streamlining credit operations and improving efficiency

Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
