Credit Card & Loans Sales Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive for Credit Cards and Loans. The candidate will be responsible for promoting banking products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell credit cards and personal loan products to customers.

Identify potential customers through direct sales, telecalling, and field visits.

Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.

Assist customers with application forms and required documentation.

Follow up with clients until approval and activation process is completed.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Maintain good relationships with customers for future business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

Previous sales experience in banking or financial products is preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of banking products and customer service.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

UAE sales experience will be an advantage.
