- Application Management: Guide customers through the application process and ensure timely submission.

- Relationship Building: Manage client databases, follow up, and build loyalty.
- Cross-selling: Upsell other bank products like loans, savings accounts, or insurance.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
