How will you make an impact in this role?

In continuation to creating exciting opportunities for learning and development, we are pleased to open up positions for R&R voice, Credit Specialty. The objective of creating this opportunity is to identify and develop talent to support business needs whenever required and to focus on specialized development. The selected candidates will take up the responsibility of supporting Research & Recovery along with FRP volumes. This position is responsible for assisting cardmembers/executors/law firms/internal reps reviewing cases related to but not

Key Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Handling calls for Research & Recovery.

  • Reviewing the accounts - OB dial for Apollo Program with utmost ownership.

  • As R&R is vastly regulatory in nature, the candidate must have good analytical/absorbing skills.

  • Completing Remediations within timelines.

  • Supporting Credit volumes per business need.

  • Managing stakeholders effectively as we deal with Outside agencies and Portfolio Managers.

  • Must have the ability to make sound judgment in decision making and the ability to effectively manage change and remain calm in stressful situation.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work in flexible schedules as per business need.

  • Active Participation in Process Improvement Projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good listening and decision-making skills
  • An ability to handle escalated issues politely and courteously to achieve a balance between promise fulfilment and risk

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred knowledge of Credit and Collections or Credit Specialty functions
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all level
