Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller with a strong background in receivables management and credit control operations. The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of relevant experience and be fluent in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Assess and approve credit limits in line with company policies.
• Follow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of credit control, collections, and receivables management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
