Credit Documentation & Collaterals Officer

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the MIS, reporting on daily basis for all received corporate clients.

-Analyze the approved credit structures in order to determine the necessary documentary framework for implementation of credit structure terms, conditions & collaterals.

-Determine the necessary documentations required to execute the credit approval facility.

-Coordinate with related stakeholders to finalize the required legal contracts.

-Handle the documentation preparation process for common credit structures not involving MTLs or special mechanism or corporate guarantees to ensure transformation of all credit facilities structures into proper legal docs governing the credit relationship with client & protecting the bank rights.

-Ensure the credit decision is made by proper delegation level as per ENBD's DLA framework prior to initiating the documentary implementation process.

-Ensure coordination with other stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory documents are obtained prior to authorizing availing facilities to the clients and full abidance by CBE regulations in this regards.

-Coordinate for the implementation of decisions for cancellation / reduction in existing facilities in order to safeguard the bank position by not allowing funds for clients found to be of deteriorating risk profile by credit DLA holders.

-Implement amendments regarding the risk rating & maturity extension once approved by management in order to ensure accuracy of portfolio quality reports.

-Required years of experience from 0-2 years in Credit Documentation & Collaterals.

-Bachelor degree of law is preferably.
