Crew Coordinator

The Crewing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of crew recruitment, mobilization, and demobilization.

This includes sourcing qualified personnel, verifying certifications, arranging travel and documentation, maintaining crew records, and ensuring compliance with client, company, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong coordination with operations, HR, and clients to ensure timely crew deployment and smooth workforce management.

Education & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in crewing, recruitment, or HR within the marine/offshore industry.
• Strong knowledge of STCW, flag state, and client compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Crewing software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with crew, management, and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict mobilization deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
