HR Operations Coordinator

Job functions cover Recruiting, planning, scheduling, coordination, record and database management, logistics of personnel with regards to ticketing, hotel and staff accommodation, drivers and visa arrangements, timesheet preparation for Payroll processing and employee insurance administration.

Responsible for crew recruitment, mobilization, coordination & Documentation procedures.

Coordinate with crew regarding their travels, work schedules/ Location.

Arranging crew schedules/planning, booking of tickets, hotels, visas, courses, medical and other paper works needed on their travel and mobilization to the designated project.

Ensure that tickets are issued and dispatched to crew (on-signers and off-signers) in a timely manner.

Driver and accommodation (hotels and staff) arrangements as required.

Maintaining current records of employees (office based and crew) vide physical files and HRMS updates. This includes travel documents, as applicable (i.e. passports and / or CDC).

Update the Training Matrix as per Company’s standards.

Follow timesheet submission process to support the Payroll process.

Verify invoices received from agents for miscellaneous services (i.e. training courses, medicals, crew mobilization and demobilization).

Provides operational 24/7 on-call support and solution for any unforeseen circumstances of the crew tickets and issues on the immigration during their travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Crewing: 2 years (Preferred)
