HR Officer ( UAE National )

Job Summary
We're seeking a disciplined HR Officer (UAE National) to manage HR operations, workforce discipline, and factory compliance. The role includes handling the full HR cycle while ensuring safety, organization, and operational standards across the factory and labor camp.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records and employee files
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and HR reporting
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies

Factory Compliance

• Ensure factory cleanliness, organization, and discipline
• Enforce safety rules and PPE compliance
• Monitor attendance and workforce discipline
• Enforce no-smoking policy inside the factory
• Monitor fire safety systems, CCTV, and emergency readiness
• Oversee pest control, waste management, and maintenance
• Monitor labor camp cleanliness and accommodation standards
• Prepare compliance and workforce reports for management

Requirements

• UAE National – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in a factory or industrial environment
• Experience managing blue-collar workforce is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
