Job Title: Senior HR Officer – Healthcare

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our hospital team in Nauru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare HR and hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR operations in a hospital or clinical setting.

This role requires a proactive individual who can support recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage daily HR operations within the hospital
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation, employee relations
• Maintain and update HR records and employee files
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
• Prepare HR reports and support audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws
• Experience handling recruitment for healthcare professionals
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
• Experience working in international or remote healthcare settings
