We are looking for a Crew Leader to lead nationwide industrial installation projects, with a strong focus on hands-on mechanical assembly, industrial equipment installation, and small crew leadership in a travel-heavy environment.
This role operates within a field-based industrial installation company supporting manufacturing and commercial facilities across the country. The position carries direct responsibility for leading 3-5 person crews on multi-week installations involving paint booths, conveyor systems, roll-up doors, and related industrial equipment.
