Lawn Care / Landscaping (Spring–Fall)
- Lead a team of 1–3 crew members on weekly lawn maintenance routes.
- Operate lawn care equipment safely: mowers (push & riding), trimmers, blowers, aerators.
- Perform or oversee mowing, trimming, edging, leaf removal, overseeding, fertilization, and other turf services.
- Inspect properties for hazards or issues and report back to management.
- Train new crew members on equipment use, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Communicate with clients professionally regarding schedules, service questions, or special requests.
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Snow Removal (Winter)
- Lead small crew teams for residential and commercial snow plowing routes.
- Operate plow trucks, skid steers, and snow blowers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor weather conditions and coordinate route priorities with management.
- Ensure proper application of salt/sand on driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots.
- Communicate with clients regarding service updates, timing, and safety concerns.
Administrative / Leadership
- Track crew hours, equipment usage, and job completion.
- Enforce safety protocols and company standards on every job.
- Report customer feedback and service issues to management.
- Assist with hiring/training seasonal crew members as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal preferred.
- Ability to operate lawn and snow equipment safely.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive trucks/trailers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to maintain high service standards.
- Trainable and open to learning company processes and techniques.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
