Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise lawn care crews to complete landscaping, mowing, trimming, edging, and planting tasks efficiently and to high standards.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including irrigation system setup and repairs, tree care, gardening, and general horticulture practices.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members during construction, maintenance, and landscaping activities.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to maintain company standards and client satisfaction.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscape techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations for landscape improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is essential.
• Prior supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, gardening practices, and general maintenance is required.
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to outdoor construction and landscaping work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
