We are an established fence company in WNY looking to expand our crew. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staging materials or installing fence, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Install products according to specifications and company standards.
• Follow directions under the guidance of a foreman.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with our team.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience as a laborer/installer or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members.
• A valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in the installation industry.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
