Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble delicious treat orders quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate and maintain restaurant and chill equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer and work areas
• Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness
• Assist with prep work and daily cleaning tasks
• Respond promptly to customer needs with a pleasant and alert attitude

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying temperature conditions
• Strong communication skills and positive demeanor
• Capable of reading order monitors and following food handling procedures
• Willingness to work weekends, day or night shifts as needed
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, and punctuality
