Crime Scene Cleaner / Biohazard janitor

Full-time Crime Scene Cleaner/Biohazard Janitor position cleaning out home attics, basements, hoarding houses, homeless camps, jail facilities, and other high-stress extreme cleaning situations.

**MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION**

• Must be able to enter jail facilities due to contract requirements. (DOJ will be run)
• Have a current CDL and must be 25 or older (due to insurance requirements)
• Live in Contra Costa County
• Good command of the English language. (speak, read and write). Bilingual applicants welcome
• Be able to lift 50 lbs. The job requires, standing, bending, reaching and lifting.
• Have a strong stomach. Be able to work in high-stress situations.
• Be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods. Be able to work in tight areas (attic and crawl space)
• Need to be able to interact with people, work without supervision and solve problems. No prior experience is required. Experience with power tools and/or construction is a plus but not required.
