Position Overview
We are seeking a CRM Administrator / Project Coordinator with hands-on Oracle Service Cloud experience and strong project coordination skills. This hybrid role combines CRM administration, configuration, and data management with coordinating medium-sized projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and able to support cross-functional teams in improving CRM functionality, integrations, and operational processes.
Must-Have Skills & Attributes
Strong proficiency in CRM administration, data management, reporting, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Minimum Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in CRM administration (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in the public sector
Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration
Configure and maintain CRM system settings, user profiles, workflows, message templates, surveys, campaigns, databases, and permissions
Support testing and validation of internal custom code, vendor releases, patches, and add-ons
Collaborate with Contact Center and Business Analyst teams to identify and recommend enhancements, improvements, and customizations
Assist technical leads and work with developers, database administrators, and system administrators to ensure CRM system stability and availability
Perform regular business continuity and system recovery testing
Manage CRM data integrity, including imports, migrations, integrations, and cleanup
Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for CRM-related systems, including code migrations, change control, security, and performance
Develop and maintain Oracle Intelligent Advisor interviews within the CRM suite
Project Coordination
Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams
Maintain comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, test plans, test results, project plans, and meeting notes
Schedule and facilitate project meetings; track issues, risks, and updates for timely resolution
