Job Description

  • Manage and optimize CRM system configurations, including user roles, security settings, and data access permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and implement CRM workflows and automation rules to streamline sales, marketing, and customer service processes, improving efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing CRM user training and support, creating documentation and troubleshooting issues to maximize user adoption and proficiency.
  • Oversee data migration, cleansing, and integration efforts, ensuring seamless data transfer and accurate reporting across systems.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, customize the CRM, and align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues, ensuring optimal CRM functionality and availability.
  • Stay updated on CRM best practices, new features, and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Manage CRM integrations with other business systems, such as marketing automation platforms and e-commerce sites, to enhance data flow.
  • Ensure data privacy and security within the CRM system, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possesses at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role, demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems is essential.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data management, including data migration and cleansing.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices is highly desirable.
  • Holds relevant CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) or related IT certifications.
