Join our growing Marketing team as CRM Campaign Manager!
If you are passionate about designing impactful customer journeys, driving loyalty through data-driven campaigns, and working in a fast-paced, innovative industry, this role is for you. As part of our Marketing Department, you will report directly to the CRM Director and collaborate closely with both the
CRM Analytics
and broader Marketing teams to create meaningful customer engagement.
What weâre looking for

Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus),

7/10+ years of proven experience in CRM and campaign management, ideally in fast-paced digital industries,

Excellent command of English, both verbal and written,

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects on time,

Analytical mindset with a track record of turning insights into impactful actions,

Customer-centric, creative, and innovative thinker who thrives on problem-solving,

Hands-on experience with real-time marketing and customer engagement platforms,

SQL knowledge is a strong plus (ability to query and analyze customer data is highly valued).
What youâll be doing

Plan, design, and execute CRM campaign strategies across multiple channels (plan, set up, launch, monitor, optimize),

Create daily, weekly, and monthly campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with business goals,

Build customer journeys and workflows, targeting the right customers with the right offers through the right channels,

Run A/B tests to optimize customer experience and maximize commercial performance,
-
Develop and implement onboarding flows to boost early engagement and retention,
-
Define and apply a clear contact policy to deliver seamless omnichannel customer experiences,
-
Work in close collaboration with the CRM Analytics team to leverage insights, refine targeting, and ensure campaigns drive measurable impact,

Collaborate with marketing and related teams to drive cross-functional initiatives,
-
Ensure smooth execution of routine operations with high attention to detail,
-
Leverage SQL for customer data analysis to support campaign design, segmentation, and performance evaluation.
