Social Media and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality, engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to inform content strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering community relationships.
• Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for measuring campaign performance.
• Familiarity with video editing software is a plus for creating dynamic content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in branding and relationship management is highly desirable.
