Limton Group of companies is currently hiring for CRM Coordinatior, responsible for all the tasks related to complaint management, repair and inhouse companion products sales in CSD. Required to coordinate with the customers, note their issues and coordinate with field engineers or inhouse engineers for resolution of complaint or repair as case maybe. Also required to deal with walk-in clients who come to purchase or collect companion products and/or repaired machines. Ensuring quality checks and timelines check on engineers is important.
Qualification Requirements
BE (Electronics) / MSc (Applied Physics)
DAE (Electronics) with some business background
Experience Requirements
At least one year working experience in similar capacity or in technical coordination
Skills Requirement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English); able to coordinate with variety of internal & external customers; organizational and planning skills, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and meet deadlines, ability to take initiative; analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills; ability to maintain accurate and detailed records; computer literacy.
