CRM Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic CRM Executive to join our team in the night shift. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, prior call center exposure, and the ability to effectively handle US clients. Fresh graduates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with US-based clients via calls and emails.
  • Manage customer inquiries, concern, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Support customer service operations (CSR) with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Assist in medical billing processes and maintain client data.
  • Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel for tracking performance and client management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service operations and medical billing will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in US night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
  • Fresh to 6 months of experience (Call Center/CSR/Medical Billing preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
