Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-Commerce Executive (Shopify Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Shopify store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and supporting development tasks when required. This role requires a strong understanding of Shopify, digital commerce, and basic web development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and content.
• Monitor store performance, ensuring smooth checkout, payment gateways, and order processing.
• Implement and maintain store design, layouts, and theme customizations.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure product campaigns are executed on time.
• Analyze store performance and generate reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with Shopify app integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform basic development/customization tasks as needed (HTML, CSS, Liquid).
• Ensure an optimized customer experience across desktop and mobile.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, and digital marketing basics.
• Knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate).
• Familiarity with Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party integrations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO for e-commerce websites.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Canva for editing product images.
• Understanding of performance marketing campaigns and pixel tracking.
• Prior experience in fashion retail / footwear industry will be an added advantage.
