CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client data, sales progress, and documentation.
  • Handle post-sales processes including agreements, payment schedules, and handover documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
  • Work with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Track and report customer interactions, feedback, and service performance.
  • Assist in organizing property handovers, client events, and communication campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) requirements.
  • Support initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM or customer service (real estate industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate processes and RERA regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle client expectations professionally.

Experience in Luxury portfolios.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
