Customer Relationship & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
Handle customer queries, concerns, payment schedules, and updates.
Maintain positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Coordination
Manage booking forms, agreements, demand letters, allotment letters & other documents.
Coordinate with legal, sales, accounts, and site teams for timely processing.
Ensure all documents are updated and compliant with RERA norms.
Payment Follow-up & Tracking
Follow up on payment milestones as per the construction schedule.
Send reminders, track dues, and update payment status in CRM software.
Coordinate with the accounts team for receipts and financial documentation.
Project Updates & Communication
Share construction updates, possession timelines & project progress with customers.
Arrange site visits for existing clients when required.
Handover & Possession
Coordinate possession process: NOCs, final payments, registration, and handover formalities.
Ensure customer issues are resolved before final possession.
Reporting
Maintain CRM dashboards, MIS reports, and customer databases.
Provide daily/weekly updates to management on customer status, dues, and escalations.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,055.51 per month
