To improve client engagement, handle CRM data, and assist marketing and operations, Arakkal Gold and Diamonds is seeking a proactive, meticulous CRM Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer follow-ups & engagement
• Social media & WhatsApp interaction
• CRM data management & reporting
• Handling customer complaints & feedback
• Coordinating special occasions & lead management
• Supporting marketing campaigns & team collaboration

Requirements:

• 2+ years in CRM or customer service
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
