Office-Based CRM & Client Support Executive – Bahria Town
We’re hiring an energetic, English-fluent professional to join our office in Bahria Town Lahore. This role is all about taking care of our current clients — no cold calling or sales! Just smart, organized support to keep our systems and service running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and update our CRM system daily
- Handle customer support tasks via calls, emails & chat (English fluency is a must!)
- Create and follow up on WOs (Work Orders) and POs (Purchase Orders)
- Keep track of pending WOs and make sure they move forward
- Handle paperwork and digital files related to client accounts
- Update management and team on important client updates
- Use tools like MS Office, Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
- Make sure nothing slips through the cracks!
Work Schedule:
- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
- Office-based role in Bahria Town
- Weekend availability is a BIG plus – extra pay for weekend work!
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Speak and write fluent English (you’ll be talking to international clients)
- Are detail-oriented and love keeping things organized
- Know your way around MS Office and Google applications
- Can keep calm and solve problems when things get a little messy
- Are energetic, proactive, and love improving systems
- Are punctual and reliable
