CRM Executive for Real Estate Developer

Role as Senior Executive, Customer Service Coordinator:  Leading the Customer Care team on a daily basis.  Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and request in a timely manner.  Attending to phone calls, emails and walk in customers.  Prepares weekly and monthly reports and trackers. Role as After Sales Administrator:  Utilize Salesforce to generate reservation forms for customers, capturing essential details accurately and facilitating the reservation process smoothly.  Ensures all the customer’s details are entered in the system (Yardi)  Responsible for the generation of contracts for newly sold units of all the customers who completed the required documentation and payments.  Ensure we meet the target deadline for releasing contracts.  Monitors and tracks receipt of signed contracts and necessary payments to submit the countersigning of the documents to complete the Sales Process.  Upload all customer files into the company’s property software (Yardi).  Deals with Sales Team and customers regarding completion of Sale.  Issuance of payment reminders and termination letters for unpaid instalment/

 Issuance of payment receipts and statement of accounts. Handover Executive:  Issuance of Completion Notices for handed over projects and making sure it is delivered by email and courier.  Coordinating inspections, ensuring that all necessary handover documentation is completed, facilitating communication between buyers and sellers and ensuring that the property is in the expected condition at the time of handover.  Provide assistance in registering the DEWA and Empower.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
