Real Estate Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Project Manager to manage projects from planning through to final handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management experience, excellent coordination skills, and a proven history of successfully delivering high-quality projects on schedule.

Job Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality and ensure adherence to plans.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., DDA, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RERA, etc.) for permits, NOCs, and inspections.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Review and approve drawings, permits, and technical documents.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Participate in tender processes including technical evaluations and contract finalization.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, local authority regulations, and approval procedures in Dubai.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Must have experience of G+4 or higher buildings in Dubai.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction software.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• UAE driving license.
