About the Role

At MD Real Estate, we don't just close deals; we build relationships. We are looking for a CRM & Lead Quality Assurance Executive to become an essential part of our sales and marketing operations.

You won’t just be "managing a database." You will be responsible for the integrity of our lead pipeline, ensuring that every inquiry from portals like Property Finder and Bayut, as well as our social media campaigns, is tracked, qualified, and optimized. If you are a CRM power user who thrives on data accuracy and process efficiency, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Own the customization of our CRM (workflows, custom fields, and lead routing) to match our specific brokerage sales cycle.
  • Lead Quality Assurance: Monitor incoming leads from Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and all other platforms to ensure data integrity and track the "Lead to Deal" journey.
  • Data Hygiene: Regularly audit the system to remove duplicates, cleanse outdated data, and ensure the team is maintaining high standards of data entry.
  • Performance Reporting: Build custom dashboards and reports that give our management real-time insights into agent performance, lead conversion rates, and ROI on ad spend.
  • User Empowerment: Conduct training sessions for our brokers to ensure they are utilizing the CRM’s full potential to nurture their secondary and off-plan leads.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless data flow between our CRM, website, and third-party marketing tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Real Estate Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience managing CRMs specifically within the UAE Real Estate industry (experience with Zoho, PropertyFinder, Bayut, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Analytical Mindset: You don't just see numbers; you see stories. You can identify why a lead didn't convert and suggest workflow improvements.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with lead integration tools and how digital ads (Meta/Google/TikTok) sync with CRM environments.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical sales agents in a way that encourages implementation.
  • Problem Solver: A proactive approach to fixing "leaks" in the sales funnel.
