Mendix CRM Low Code Developer

ENUM is seeking a skilled Mendix CRM Low-Code Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions using the Mendix low-code platform. The role involves building tailored CRM applications to support sales, marketing, and customer service operations, automating business processes, integrating third-party systems, and delivering scalable digital solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business understanding to create efficient and user-friendly enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom CRM applications using the Mendix low-code platform
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional CRM solutions
• Create and manage data models including customers, leads, opportunities, accounts, and deals
• Develop workflows, microflows, automations, and business rules
• Customize user interfaces (UI/UX) for web and mobile applications
• Integrate external systems and APIs (ERP, email platforms, payment gateways, HR systems, etc.)
• Configure security roles, user permissions, and compliance controls
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Maintain documentation for system design, processes, and integrations
• Provide post-deployment support and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to continuously improve CRM capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 2–5+ years of application development experience
• Hands-on experience with the Mendix platform (Studio Pro / Studio)
• Strong understanding of low-code development concepts
• Experience designing relational data models
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technologies
• Experience working with CRM or enterprise business applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Mendix Rapid or Intermediate/Advanced Developer Certification
• Experience implementing CRM or ERP solutions
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/Mendix Cloud)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and version control (Git)

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
