Role Summary

The CRM will support the post-sales and customer relationship functions for the Valsad project while working from the Mumbai office. The role involves managing customer interactions, documentation, payments follow-up, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Handle daily customer queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide accurate information regarding project updates, timelines, and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalate when needed.

2. Documentation Management

  • Coordinate and maintain customer documents: KYC, agreements, addendums, NOCs, and possession files.
  • Schedule and manage agreement registration appointments with customers and legal teams.
  • Ensure all documents are filed, stored, and updated in CRM systems.

3. Payment Follow-up & Coordination

  • Share demand letters, payment reminders, and invoice details with customers.
  • Follow up for payments as per the construction-linked plan.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for receipt updates and outstanding reports.

4. CRM System & Reporting

  • Update customer records, interactions, and documents in the CRM portal.
  • Prepare weekly MIS reports on customer status, payments, and pending tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer databases.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with Sales, Technical, Legal, and Finance teams for customer requirements.
  • Share customer feedback with respective departments for improvement.
  • Coordinate for site visits, construction updates, and possession-related tasks.

6. Possession & After-Sales Support

  • Assist in possession scheduling, documentation, and handover formalities.
  • Log customer service requests and coordinate resolution with the technical team.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in CRM/Post-sales role in Real Estate preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of real estate documentation and payment cycles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
