Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM operations, ensure smooth customer journey from booking to possession.
  • Manage customer communication, documentation, agreements, and post-sales service.
  • Handle customer queries, escalations, payment follow-ups, and coordination with accounts & site teams.
  • Develop and implement digital & offline marketing strategies to generate quality leads.
  • Oversee branding, social media, campaigns, events, and project promotions.
  • Track lead performance, customer satisfaction, and prepare MIS/CRM reports.
  • Build strong customer relationships and improve retention & referral business.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in CRM & marketing (real estate/construction preferred).
  • Strong communication, customer handling, and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of CRM software, Excel, marketing tools, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage teams and handle high-value clients.

Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
