Job Title: CRM Operations Manager (Entry-Level/Associate)

  • Location: On-site – Islamabad, Pakistan
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time – 6 PM to 2 AM PKT)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Operations Manager with strong organizational skills and at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team.

About the Role

1. CRM Management
Will ensure CRM is consistently updated, structured, and optimized for usability and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
● Data Entry & Maintenance
○ Entering new leads, contacts, accounts, and deals.
○ Updating existing records with the latest information.
○ Removing or merging duplicate records to maintain data integrity.
● Organization & Structuring
○ Creating and managing tags, fields, and layouts for better segmentation.
○ Assigning leads and tasks to appropriate sales team members.
● Tracking & Monitoring
○ Setting up and monitoring workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.
○ Tracking lead progress through the pipeline to avoid stagnation.
● Reporting & Insights
○ Generating reports on leads, deals, and activities.

2. Sales Inbox Management & Handling
Will manage sales inbox to ensure every client or prospect receives a timely and professional response.
Key Responsibilities:
● Inbox Monitoring & Organization
○ Checking emails daily to ensure no opportunities are missed.
○ Categorizing, labeling, and archiving emails for efficient access.
● Response Management
○ Drafting and sending responses to routine inquiries.
○ Forwarding qualified leads and critical emails to designated team members.
● Follow-Up Coordination
○ Setting reminders for pending responses.
○ Logging communication details into Zoho CRM for accurate records.
● Client Interaction Tracking
○ Maintaining a clear log of all client/prospect conversations.
○ Ensuring a seamless handoff from email conversations to CRM pipelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Business Administration).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sale or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Hubspot, Zoho and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in Sales with international or U.S.-based clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
