Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Waffarha’s CRM system, ensuring seamless execution of customer communication strategies.
  • Develop and implement customer journey flows to increase retention, activation, and engagement.
  • Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and other factors to personalize communication.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications, in-app messages) to engage

and retain customers.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
  • Ensure data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing automated customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for improving customer experience and driving engagement.
