CRM Specialist

3–5 Years in CRM Administration/Migration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of CRM administration experience
  • Proven migration and integration expertise
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Proficiency in API integrations, reporting tools, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and communication skills


Responsibilities:

  • Administer CRM! Configure modules, manage user accounts, and implement workflow automation.
  • Lead Migration! Oversee data migration from Dynamics CRM to Salesforce.
  • Integrate Systems! Connect CRM with ERP, e‑commerce, and enterprise applications.
  • Manage Data! Ensure accuracy, integrity, and develop dashboards/reports.
  • Support Users! Conduct training, provide post‑go‑live support, and maintain documentation.
  • Enhance Processes! Collaborate with teams to improve usability and automation.
