CRM Specialist - Zoho CRM

Job Description:
The Zoho CRM Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data, effective lead management, and seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The role supports business growth by enhancing customer experience, improving data integrity, and enabling informed decision-making through CRM insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of accountability for all CRM-related improvements and issues.
  • Own and manage end-to-end Zoho CRM operations.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize CRM modules, workflows, automations, and dashboards.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, governance, and best practices across departments.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications and relevant third-party tools.
  • Generate actionable reports and insights for leadership and business teams.
  • Train internal users and provide ongoing CRM support.

Required Skill Set:

  • 2–3 years of proven, hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
  • Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization and administration.
  • Experience in CRM automation, reporting, and analytics.
